Qualifications

• Experience of working in UK General Practice.
• Ability to manage a broad range of clinical presentations.
• Experience working within a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience within a training practice.
• Experience supervising trainees or students.
• Interest in service development, leadership or quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centred care through a mix of consultations and home visits as required.
• Assess, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Prescribe safely in line with guidelines and local protocols.
• Collaborate with Practice Nurses, ACP and ARRS staff within PCN.
• Contribute to QOF, preventative care and population health initiatives.
• Participate in training and development of students and trainees.
• Engage in governance, meetings and quality improvement activities.
