Job summary

Ormiston Venture Academy is seeking reliable Exam Invigilators to support the Exams Team during busy periods. The role involves setting up venues, checking packs and actively invigilating to maintain exam integrity.

No prior experience is required as training will be provided; you should be reliable, punctual and able to work flexibly across September, October, November, January, March, May and June.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; training will be provided.
• Willingness to support students during exam periods.
• Ability to work flexibly according to examination dates and needs.
• Previous supervision experience with secondary students is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Set up exam venues and prepare examination packs.
• Check examination packs and ensure integrity of examinations.
• Assist candidates during exams and actively invigilate when required.
