Job summary

ItzHome Horsham & Redhill is seeking a self-employed, part-time cleaner to service households and small businesses across Redhill, Reigate, Dorking and surrounding areas. You will perform standard cleaning tasks on-site, ensuring high hygiene standards and client satisfaction.

You will manage your own schedule, travel between client sites, and build long-term relationships with clients who value reliable, quality cleaning services.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in domestic or commercial cleaning.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene.
• Good time management and ability to follow client instructions.
• Professional communication with clients about schedules and requirements.
• Physical ability for cleaning tasks and moving between locations.
• Reliable transportation to reach client sites.
• Willingness to follow health and safety guidelines.
• Basic English to understand instructions and communicate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard cleaning tasks: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, polishing surfaces, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, emptying bins.
• Maintain high hygiene standards and follow client instructions.
• Optionally wash bed linens, do laundry, and iron if offered.
• Travel to multiple client locations in the assigned area and manage appointments.
• Communicate clearly with clients about schedules and requirements.
