Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Bank Care Assistant to support residents across our care home on a casual, part-time basis. You’ll provide daily living assistance, companionship and follow care plans to ensure each resident receives compassionate care.

You’ll be flexible with shifts, receive training, and have opportunities to develop your skills while making meaningful connections with residents and contributing to a caring community.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for older people.
• Can-do approach with excellent communication.
• In-house training provided to thrive in the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living support, including help with meals and hydration.
