Job Title: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Location: Luton
Rate: £110 - £130 per day (dependent on experience)
Hours: Term time only

Are you a qualified HLTA with a Higher Level Teaching Status (HLTS) qualification? * Collaborate with teaching staff to support positive learning outcomes
* Help maintain a calm, safe, and inclusive classroom environment

Key Requirements:
* Higher Level Teaching Status (HLTS) qualification
* Experience supporting teaching and learning in Primary settings
* Confident in delivering lessons in the absence of a teacher
* A flexible and proactive approach to working in different schools
* Passionate about supporting children's education and development
