Job summary

MCL Medics is seeking an Onsite Occupational Health Nurse to work at client locations in Exeter, delivering a range of occupational health services. This role offers genuine flexibility to fit around your availability, with 2–3 days on-site per week and travel expenses reimbursed.

You will conduct fitness-for-work medicals, surveillance clinics, vaccinations and wellbeing checks, supported by a friendly clinical team.

Qualifications

• Registered General Nurse with valid NMC PIN.
• Experience delivering occupational health surveillance and related services.
• Training in HAVS, Audiometry, Spirometry, Anaphylaxis and Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Professional, proactive and client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nurse-led fitness-for-work medicals at client sites.
• Run occupational health surveillance clinics and vaccination programmes.
• Provide wellbeing checks and client-focused occupational health services.
• Collaborate with a friendly clinical team to ensure high-quality care.
