Qualifications

• Caring, patient, enthusiastic and reliable.
• Interested in children's learning and development.
• Confident communicating and working as part of a team.
• Willing to learn, develop new skills and take on new challenges.
• Experienced in childcare or early years education, although previous experience is not essential for many opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Supporting children's learning and development from birth to five years.
• Assisting with daily nursery routines, including playtime, mealtimes and activities.
• Creating a safe, happy and stimulating environment where children can thrive.
• Encouraging learning through play, creativity and exploration.
• Working alongside nursery staff to meet children's individual needs.
• Supporting children with additional needs where required.
