MBR Dental are recruiting an NHS Orthodontist for a brand-new digital practice in Alum Rock, East Birmingham, West Midlands. The role offers NHS work with a potential private stream, a strong local demand, and opportunities to shape a new service.

Flexible hours with full-time or part-time options, Monday to Saturday schedules, and a competitive NHS salary around £180,000 FTE based on 37.5 hours per week. Private fees paid at 50% and a growing caseload are anticipated.

Qualifications

• GDC registered specialist orthodontist
• NHS Performer Number essential
• Experience providing orthodontic treatment for children and adults

Responsibilities

• Provide orthodontic treatment planning and prescribing for NHS and private patients
• Assume clinical leadership, mentoring and guidance within the practice
• Support growth of private orthodontic services alongside NHS provision
