Job summary

Serve Legal is recruiting for an In-Person Mystery Shopper (ID testing) with flex hours. Part-time audits are conducted across a wide range of sites in the UK & Ireland, with pay aligned to a Real-Living-Wage hourly rate and a batch allocation system to fit around other commitments.

Applicants must be 16+, with a focus on 18–19-year-olds for age-verification audits. Auditors enjoy bonuses for performance, a Refer a Friend scheme, and expenses covered for travel.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site mystery shopper audits at a range of sites (supermarkets, high-street retailers, betting shops, etc.) and complete reports on the experience.
• Report back on whether ID was requested during age-restricted purchases.
• Adhere to audit instructions and maintain accurate, confidential records.
