Job summary

Mortgage Advice Bureau in Paignton, Devon is seeking a Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join The Mortgage Cube's growing team. Employed or self-employed options are available, with a salary of £28,000-£33,000 depending on experience, plus commission.

You will provide mortgage advice to new and existing clients, advise on protection products where qualified, and manage applications from initial consultation through to completion.

Qualifications

• Hold CeMAP or an equivalent recognised mortgage qualification.
• Newly qualified or have previous mortgage advice experience.
• Confident communicating with clients and building relationships.
• Proactive approach to developing new business.
• Ability to manage a busy pipeline and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Providing suitable mortgage advice to new and existing clients
• Advising on appropriate protection products, where qualified
• Managing mortgage applications from initial consultation through to completion
• Following up inbound enquiries and supplied business opportunities
• Developing long-term relationships with clients and introducers
• Proactively generating new business and growing a personal client bank
• Maintaining accurate records and meeting all compliance requirements
• Delivering excellent service throughout the customer journey
• Identifying opportunities for referrals and repeat business
