Job summary
Staff Partners Mental Health is seeking Mental Health Support Workers to join a large private hospital in Grimsby. This locum role offers flexible shifts, days and nights, and weekly pay through PAYE.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in mental health, healthcare, care or support work.
- Experience with complex mental health needs is desirable.
- PMVA/MAPA training is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Supporting patients with their mental health and wellbeing
- Providing person-centred care and emotional support
- Supporting individual recovery plans
- Observing and reporting changes in behaviour or presentation
- Maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment
- Supporting patients with daily activities and rehabilitation
- Assisting nursing staff with patient care, maintaining records and documentation
- Working as part of a wider multidisciplinary team
- Following safeguarding and health and safety procedures
