Qualifications

• Registered Nurse Practitioner with clinical background.
• Prescribing qualification (V300) desirable.
• Experience in community, urgent care or primary care settings.
• Ability to work autonomously in varied clinical environments.
• Enhanced DBS.

Responsibilities

• Deliver NP-led sessions in community health clinics.
• Manage acute, minor illness and routine presentations.
• Support urgent care demand via telephone or face-to-face triage.
• Prescribe within scope where accredited.
• Complete clinical actions including results, reviews and follow-up tasks.
• Record accurate and compliant clinical notes.
