Qualifications

• Must hold Level 7 Advanced Nurse Practitioner qualification.
• Must hold V300 Independent Prescribing.
• Experience in community, GP or urgent care environments.
• Strong assessment and decision‑making abilities.
• Comfortable adapting to new clinical settings.
• Enhanced DBS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ANP-led sessions within community and primary care services.
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments.
• Manage minor illness and same‑day presentations.
• Support urgent care demand through telephone triage.
• Prescribe within scope of practice.
• Complete follow-up reviews and clinical tasks.
• Maintain clear, accurate digital documentation.
