Job summary

Maria Mallaband Care Group is seeking caring, organised individuals to join our team in Reading. We offer flexible, part-time contracts to suit your commitments while ensuring residents receive engaging activities and compassionate support.

As a valued member of our care group, you’ll help plan, co-ordinate and deliver lifestyle programmes designed to enhance wellbeing across Mind, Body and Soul. Shifts are rota-based, including weekends, with full training provided.

Qualifications

• Good communication and organisational abilities are essential.
• Ability to adapt to varying activity levels and resident needs.
• Willingness to learn and follow our care programme and policies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the delivery of a welcoming home-based Lifestyle Programme.
• Encourage residents to participate in a wide range of activities across Mind, Body and Soul.
• Provide flexible, compassionate support and assist with daily living activities as required.
