Job summary

Coba Education Ltd is seeking experienced KS2 Teachers to join our flexible supply team, supporting primary schools across Northamptonshire. You can pick regular days or work on a single-day basis, with the freedom to choose when you work.

The role covers Years 3–6 with day-to-day cover, engaging lessons, positive inclusive classrooms, and strong behaviour management. Longer placements may be available to suit your preferences across nearby areas.

Qualifications

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching KS2 (Years 3–6).
• Comfortable stepping into different classroom environments.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Adaptable, enthusiastic and reliable.
• Passionate about providing pupils with a positive learning experience.
• Wants greater flexibility over their working week.

Responsibilities

• Teach across Years 3–6.
• Provide day-to-day cover when teachers are absent.
• Deliver engaging lessons using school-provided materials.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Confidently manage classroom behaviour.
• Support pupils to stay engaged and progress through the day.
• Take on longer-term placements where requested and suited to you.
