Responsibilities

• Oversee pot wash area and ensure crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment are cleaned efficiently and correctly.
• Keep your station clean and tidy, prepared for handover at shift end.
• Ensure work area is safe; follow correct safety procedures when handling chemicals.
