SilverCrest is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Assistant (Care Home) at The Hollies, Pontypridd. Bank/Relief shift with a pay rate of £12.71 per hour. The role supports the Head Chef and catering team to provide high-quality meals while ensuring residents’ nutritional needs are met.

• Previous experience working in a kitchen.
• Care environment experience preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including holidays.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Support Head Chef and catering team to deliver high-quality meals.
• Ensure meals meet residents' dietary needs and nutritional standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen and dining areas per policy and safety rules.
• Assist in keeping dining areas clean, stocked, and welcoming for residents.
• Engage with residents during mealtimes to promote a positive dining experience.
