Job summary

Menlo Park Adult Social Care in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a Salaried GP to join a large, well-established practice built around teamwork and workload sustainability. The role offers flexible hybrid working, with 4 to 6 permanent sessions and the option to work the on-call rota at a higher rate.

Candidates with a little post-CCT experience are preferred, though strong newly qualified GPs will be considered. Indemnity and NHS Pension are provided, with generous leave and study opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Flexible hybrid working with home and surgery sessions.
• 4 to 6 permanent sessions with flexibility across the week.
• Opt in for higher sessional rate on-call or stay on standard rate.
• Fixed appointment numbers per session; limited home visiting.
