• At least 3 years' experience in Construction / Infrastructure Health & Safety.
• Demonstrable experience of influencing culture and performance.
• Strong knowledge and practical application of site safety.

Responsibilities

• Understand employer's H&S Policies and statutory requirements.
• Provide guidance on subcontractors' health and safety assessments.
• Assist with H&S performance monitoring and reporting.
• Assist in accident investigations as necessary.
• Promote best practices in health and safety.
