Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Bank Registered Nurse (RGN) for one of our care homes in the United Kingdom. This casual, part-time role offers flexible working hours to cover annual leave or sickness, and you will look after residents' physical, psychological and social needs with clinical judgment.

You'll require current NMC registration, experience in care planning and risk assessments, and knowledge of regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration and up-to-date clinical practice knowledge.
• Experience in developing care plans and risk assessments.
• Understanding of DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents' physical, psychological and social needs.
• Develop tailored care plans and conduct risk assessments.
• Administer medicines safely and ensure regulatory compliance.
