A commercial property specialist in Birmingham is seeking a Flexible Host to enhance customer experiences across its buildings. You will be the face of the company, requiring strong communication skills and a background in customer service. As a Flexible Host, you’ll be based within our wonderful Mclaren building, but will work across our Birmingham City Centre buildings Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
The Host role is a pivotal position as the face of Bruntwood. You will be the first point of contact and ultimately you will be working with our clients/tenants on a regular basis. So it’s important you are approachable and ultimately love speaking to people and building relationships. That’s why we love applicants from hospitality/retail/cabin crew backgrounds where you will be a natural at this.
