Job summary

Home Physio & Rehab Ltd is seeking an experienced self-employed physiotherapist to provide professional physiotherapy and rehabilitation services in patients’ homes across London and surrounding areas. This flexible role is home-visit based and allows you to work within locations that suit your availability and clinical experience.

You will assess and treat patients in their homes, develop rehab plans, and coordinate with healthcare teams.

Qualifications

• Registered physiotherapist with current HCPC registration (or equivalent).
• Experience delivering home-based physiotherapy and rehabilitation.
• Ability to work independently and manage caseload in patients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial assessments and follow-up sessions in patients' homes.
• Develop and implement personalised rehab plans.
• Document sessions, progress and communicate with care teams.
