Job summary

Iceland Foods Ltd. is seeking a Home Delivery Driver to join our team. You will be the face of Iceland, delivering shopping directly to customers and ensuring high levels of service.

Responsibilities include safe loading, van checks, safe driving, and ensuring goods arrive in perfect condition. You will provide excellent service, support in-store when needed, and manage time effectively with flexible shifts from early morning to evening.

Qualifications

• Have a full driving license held for at least 3 years and no more than 6 points.
• Positive, friendly and passionate about providing a good customer experience.
• Punctual and able to work to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe van loading procedures and manual handling.
• Adhere to safe driving practices and complete van checks.
• Ensure food arrives to customers in the best condition.
• Provide excellent customer service on delivery interactions.
• Lend a hand in store when required and work independently with time management.
• Shifts may vary from 6am to 11pm.
