Job summary

Iceland Foods Ltd. is seeking a Home Delivery Driver to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering groceries to customers, providing excellent service, and representing the company on the road.

The role offers an active, independent day with shifts that can vary from early morning to late evening, supporting our customers and Iceland stores with a friendly, reliable approach.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full driving licence (held for at least 3 years) with no more than 6 points.
• Positive, friendly and passionate about delivering a good customer experience.
• Punctual and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Load van safely and follow heavy lifting guidelines.
• Drive safely and follow road regulations.
• Carry out van checks and maintain vehicle condition.
• Deliver groceries to customers and ensure items arrive in good condition.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer needs.
• Lend a hand in-store when required and help with ad-hoc tasks.
• Work independently and manage time effectively; shifts may vary between early and late.
• Shift patterns may vary between 6am and 11pm.
