Job summary

Alina Homecare is seeking care assistants to support older people in their own homes across Bromley and surrounding areas. You will help with medication administration, meal preparation, shopping, cleaning and personal care, providing compassionate, reliable support with dignity and respect.

No prior experience required as full induction training is provided. Roles can be part-time or full-time with calls from 7am to 10pm, Monday to Sunday.

Qualifications

• No prior experience necessary; full induction training provided.
• Ability to work in clients' homes and support older people with daily tasks.
• Role may involve shifts across early to late hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication, food preparation, shopping, cleaning and personal care.
• Provide support to older people in their own homes with dignity and respect.
• Participate in induction training and ongoing development.
