Job summary

HadiCare AB is seeking a compassionate Home Care Assistant to help clients live independently in their own homes across North Leeds, including Roundhay, Moortown and Alwoodley. We offer flexible full-time or part-time shifts with a supportive team led by an experienced Registered Manager.

Key duties include assisting with daily activities, mobility support, and helping maintain a safe home environment. Driving licence is required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• No formal qualifications required.
• UK driving licence and access to a car are required.
• Flexible to work alternate weekends and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised care, including daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Support mobility, medication reminders, and light household tasks to maintain a safe environment.
• Foster trusting relationships with clients to enhance quality of life.
• Collaborate with the care team to monitor and report progress and follow tailored care plans.
