Job summary

Provide Community in Congleton currently seeks flexible Community Care Assistants to join our React Homecare team on a sessional/bank contract. Drivers with access to a car are essential to cover our domiciliary visits across the Congleton area.

You will deliver personal care and support to service users in their own homes, assisting with meals, medications and daily tasks, while maintaining independence and dignity.

Qualifications

• Must be able to drive and have access to a car for work.
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills.
• Care experience desirable.
