Job summary

Pertemps Leicester Industrial are recruiting reliable Class 1 and Class 2 HGV drivers for full-time roles in Market Harborough. Pay ranges from £15 to £20 hourly, with enhanced rates for afternoons, nights and weekends.

Positions involve driving box vehicles and unloading, with shifts across mornings, afternoons, nights and weekends. Applicants must hold a valid Class 1 (C+E) or Class 2 (C) licence, a CPC where required, and a digital tachograph card.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) or Class 2 (C) driving licence.
• Driver CPC certification where required.
• Digital tachograph card and compliance with safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate box vehicles in line with road safety regulations.
• Carry out unloading duties; no loading responsibilities.
• Perform pre- and post-journey vehicle safety checks.
• Follow site procedures and health and safety requirements.
• Maintain professional conduct with colleagues and customers.
• Complete all driving and delivery documentation accurately.
