Nurses UK is seeking Healthcare Assistants for flexible agency roles across Cornwall. You will support hospitals, nursing homes, and community services with person-centred care.

We offer competitive pay, flexible shifts (days, nights, weekends), weekly payments, and ongoing training. You’ll join a supportive recruitment team and have opportunities across Cornwall, including Truro, Falmouth, and Penzance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months UK healthcare or care home experience.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude.
• Up-to-date mandatory training (or willing to complete).
• Enhanced DBS on Update Service desirable but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
• Assist with personal care, washing, dressing and mobility.
• Support patients with eating, drinking and daily living activities.
• Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions.
• Maintain accurate care records.
• Work closely with Registered Nurses and multidisciplinary teams.
• Promote dignity, independence and safeguarding at all times.
