Job summary

Advantage Angels is recruiting Healthcare Assistants to work in Worcester and surrounding areas. You will choose flexible shifts across care homes and hospitals, with competitive pay and ongoing opportunities. DBS support, free training and registration assistance help you start quickly and stay compliant.

You will deliver compassionate, person-centred care, assist with daily living, mobility, and wellbeing while working alongside healthcare teams to ensure a safe environment.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 6 months' paid UK care experience within care homes, nursing homes, or hospitals
• A passion for delivering high-quality care
• The right to work in the UK
• A driving licence is preferred but not essential

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care and daily living
• Supporting mobility and wellbeing
• Providing emotional support and companionship
• Working alongside Nurses and healthcare teams
• Helping create a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment
