Job summary

Cura Staffing, part of Spire Care Services Ltd, is seeking Healthcare Assistants to support residents in client care homes across the Doncaster area. You will work to promote dignity, independence and wellbeing through person-centred care.

You will help with personal care, dressing, meals, hydration and mobility, following care plans and keeping records up to date. Shifts are flexible and offered based on demand and your availability, with hours not guaranteed.

Qualifications

• Experience in care settings is preferred.
• Ability to follow care plans and deliver person-centred care.
• Strong communication and teamwork to support residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care, dressing, meals, hydration and mobility.
• Support residents with daily activities while maintaining dignity and independence.
• Maintain accurate records and report changes in residents’ needs to the care team.
• Collaborate with care home staff to deliver safe, high-quality care.
