Job summary

Phoenix Care Staff LTD is seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants to join our growing team in the UK. The role offers flexible shifts with days, nights and weekends and weekly pay.

You will provide personal care, support residents with meals and hygiene, and help with mobility and daily living. A minimum of 6 months paid UK care experience is required, and you will work as part of a dedicated care team in a family-run environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of paid UK care experience.
• Compassionate, patient-focused care assistant.
• Ability to work flexible shifts (days, nights, weekends).

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care, incl. washing, dressing and hygiene.
• Assisting residents with meals and hydration.
• Using moving and handling equipment safely.
• Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing.
• Supporting residents to feel safe and at home.
• Carrying out light housekeeping duties.
• Working as part of a dedicated care team.
