Job summary

Elsevier Health seeks an Administrative Production Assistant to support the Studio Team in delivering high-quality health education video content. You will focus on production administration, script management, document organization, and assisting cross-functional studio operations.

The role collaborates closely with the Head of Content and multiple studio teams to keep content assets and workflows accurate and accessible.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting the administrative side of video production.
• Knowledge of film/video production workflows.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and Google applications.
• Familiarity with Dropbox; Adobe DAM knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, healthcare/content experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conform scripts after video releases.
• Create and manage Asana tasks for ongoing video projects.
• Add updates, information, documents, and templates into project tasks.
• Create and store outline and script documents for medical experts and production staff.
• Maintain organization and version control of outlines, scripts, TOCs, and related documents.
• Update databases as needed.
• Partner with Client Services to send review script sets to clients.
• Create/update TOCs, draft video release communications, maintain digital asset systems, support studio requests, and submit award nominations.
