Job summary

Quality Service Recruitment Limited is seeking experienced Health Care Assistants to work in a Nottingham care home. You will follow personalised care plans to support mobility, nutrition and overall wellbeing, while engaging with residents in a friendly manner and promoting safety and welfare.

The role requires an enhanced DBS within 12 months, current infection control and safeguarding training, and at least 3 months experience in a similar setting.

Qualifications

• An Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months.
• Up to date Infection Control, Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults and Moving and Handling training.
• A Referenceable work history.
• At least 3 months experience within a similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalised care plans to support residents’ mobility and nutrition.
• Promote residents’ physical and psychological wellbeing.
• Engage with residents to support emotional wellbeing as a friendly presence.
• Assist with domestic tasks when needed and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
• Contribute to welfare and safety of adults in your care.
