Job summary

Auchinairn Medical Practice in Bishopbriggs (Glasgow) invites a GP to join a well-established team. The role offers 6–8 sessions per week with a focus on high-quality patient care across a diverse 7000-patient practice, supported by a multi-disciplinary team including GP Partners, nurses, pharmacists and physiotherapists.

As a training practice, we host GPSTs and medical students from the University of Glasgow, promoting a collaborative learning environment.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified GP with GMC registration and licence to practise.
• Inclusion on the NHS Performers List.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and commitment to high standards of care.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Managing acute and chronic conditions.
• Prescribing and reviewing medications.
• Health promotion and disease prevention.
• Maintaining accurate clinical records.
