Job summary

Menlo Park Recruitment is helping a GP Training Practice in central Gloucester recruit a General Practitioner. The post offers around six sessions per week with flexible start times and a structured day including admin time and a single weekly home visit.

Triage duties are shared with a paramedic, and there is room to develop interests in women’s health, minor surgery or teaching. There is no extended hours requirement, and visa sponsorship is possible for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Qualified GP
• GMC registered in the UK
• Willingness to pursue special interests (women's health, minor surgery, teaching)

Responsibilities

• Around 6 sessions per week with flexible start times (8am/9am/10am) and 15-minute face-to-face plus 10-minute telephone slots
• Each session includes about 13–15 patient contacts, with roughly one weekly home visit and a 4-hour admin block
• Triage one session per week; no extended hours, no weekend or enhanced access rota; visa sponsorship considered for the right candidate
