Viewber | Nationwide Property Support is seeking freelance property viewers in Winsford, England, to conduct viewings and various property appointments. This role offers the flexibility to work in your spare time while contributing to your income.

Successful candidates will have excellent communication skills and must be punctual and reliable. You must also be fluent in English, with a DBS, Disclosure Scotland, or AccessNI certificate dated within the last 3 years.

Compensation is based on appointments, with the standard rate being £19.49 for a 30-minute viewing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings and meet & greet appointments.
• Perform video viewings, photography, and floor plans.
• Inspections and other freelance tasks as scheduled.
