Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification is required.
• Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, Nanny, or similar role is needed.
• Must have a passion for making learning enjoyable for children.
• Ability to communicate effectively with children and adults.
• Understanding of child protection and safeguarding is essential.
• Flexibility and adaptability in various situations.
