Job summary

Beyond Education Recruitment is seeking qualified Nursery Practitioners to support children aged 0–4 in local nursery settings in Maidstone. You will work alongside nursery staff to provide a safe, caring and stimulating environment, helping promote learning and development in line with the EYFS.

We offer flexible Monday–Friday work, regular local opportunities, temp-to-perm positions and an Employee of the Month bonus, with in-person work location.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Early Years, EYFS, Nursery Practice or Nursery Nursing
• Previous nursery or early years experience preferred
• Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
• Reliable, professional and passionate about working with children

Responsibilities

• Supporting children’s learning and development
• Leading and supporting play-based activities
• Arts, crafts, messy play, singing and storytelling
• Supervising indoor and outdoor play
• Supporting feeding and toileting when required
• Maintaining a safe and nurturing environment
• Working as part of a professional nursery team
