Job summary

TeacherActive is seeking Level 2 Nursery Nurses / Early Years Practitioners for flexible supply work across Cradley Heath and surrounding areas. You will support young children’s learning, adapt to multiple nurseries, and contribute to positive EYFS development.

The role offers flexible hours across full-time and part-time opportunities, with DBS and compliance requirements managed through TeacherActive. Competitive pay and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Childcare/Early Years qualification or above.
• Experience in nursery/EYFS/primary setting.
• Strong EYFS understanding.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and adaptable to flexible supply work.

Responsibilities

• Support children's learning and development through age-appropriate activities.
• Provide a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment for children.
• Support children's personal, social, emotional and physical development.
• Encourage communication, independence and positive relationships.
• Assist with delivery of activities in line with EYFS framework.
