Job summary

Blossom Tree Family Services in London is seeking Flexible Experienced Nannies to support families in Dulwich and surrounding areas. Roles offer flexible hours from 4 hours to full days, with reliable local placements and competitive pay.

You will provide safe, nurturing childcare, follow safeguarding procedures, and communicate effectively with parents. Applicants should have 2+ years paid childcare experience, an Enhanced DBS, Paediatric First Aid, and Level 3 childcare qualification.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Minimum 2 years paid childcare experience.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Enhanced DBS (Update Service preferred).
• Paediatric First Aid.
• Two professional references.
• Level 3 childcare qualification (NVQ / CACHE / NNEB / Teaching or care equivalent).
• Experience of safeguarding in daily practice.
• Experience or understanding of safe sleeping routines.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, nurturing childcare tailored to each family’s needs.
• Follow safeguarding procedures and maintain professional standards.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
