CHILDWALL SPORTS & SCIENCE ACADEMY in Liverpool invites reliable and organised individuals to join as Exam Invigilators on a casual, flexible basis during the May–June exam period, with possible work for mocks and other assessments throughout the year. Full training is provided and candidates should be calm, dependable and attentive to detail.

The role involves supervising examinations, preparing rooms, distributing papers, and maintaining a calm environment while upholding regulations.

Responsibilities

Supervise students during examinations, ensuring all regulations are followed.
Prepare examination rooms and assist with setting up materials and equipment.
Distribute and collect examination papers and documentation.
Maintain a calm, quiet and supportive examination environment.
Record attendance and report any incidents or irregularities.
Maintain the security and confidentiality of examination materials at all times.
Support students and staff in line with examination procedures.
Attend relevant training and briefing sessions.
