Job summary

Ivy Resource Group is seeking Early years supply staff for flexible day-to-day positions across Stroud and Tetbury. You will gain varied experience across settings, with a focus on safeguarding and engaging activities for children. Previous childcare experience is required, while formal qualifications are not essential.

The roles offer weekly PAYE payments, a dedicated Gloucestershire consultant, and a supportive process to secure the right assignments for your availability.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience working with children within the last 3 years.
• Be flexible, reliable and ready to work across different settings.
• Open to working in a variety of settings across the local area.
• Have a DBS on the update service or be happy to complete a DBS application.

Responsibilities

• Engage children in age-appropriate activities and provide a helping hand when needed.
• Uphold setting policies and safeguarding as a top priority.
• Support with maintaining staff-child ratios across age groups and rooms.
• Be willing to work across different settings around Stroud and Tetbury.
