Thrive Childcare and Education's Corner House Trafford Park nursery is recruiting an Early Years Practitioner on a zero-hour contract with flexible hours. The role supports children from 3 months to 5 years, working with a warm, nurturing team committed to safeguarding and holistic development.

Unqualified roles start around £12.80 per hour, with higher rates (£13.65) for qualified applicants. Thrive offers funded training and progression opportunities within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• All applicants must undergo enhanced DBS checks and safeguarding training.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, engaging, and fun learning experiences for children aged 3 months to 5 years
• Support the team in daily routines, activities, and holiday cover
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Promote the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children
