Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education, or Qualified Teacher Status.
• Experience supporting children aged 0-5 in a nursery or Early Years setting.
• Warm, patient and nurturing approach; strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Providing a safe, caring and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5.
• Supporting children's learning through play and creative activities.
• Encouraging children's confidence, independence and social development.
• Following nursery routines and safeguarding procedures.
