Job summary

GrandirUK is actively seeking a GrandFlexBank Practitioner to deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children across our nursery cluster. You will create safe, nurturing environments, support development through play and planned activities, and collaborate with nursery teams to uphold high standards of care.

Safeguarding and EYFS adherence are essential as part of daily practice. We welcome applicants with Level 2/3 EY qualifications or higher and the flexibility to travel

Qualifications

• Level 2/3 Early Years qualification (or above) required.
• Must be willing to travel across local nursery cluster.
• Previous experience in an early years or nursery setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children.
• Create safe, nurturing and engaging environments where children can thrive.
• Support children's development through play and planned activities.
• Work alongside nursery teams to maintain excellent standards of care.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Follow EYFS requirements and GrandirUK's policies and procedures.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and safeguarding standards at all times.
