Job summary

Bright Horizons Moortown is seeking a flexible practitioner to join our Bright Flex/Bank team in Moortown, Leeds. You will support EYFS delivery, engage children in educational activities, and contribute to daily tasks while benefiting from great staff perks.

The role requires a Level 3+ Early Years qualification and experience with children. We value safeguarding knowledge and strong communication within a team.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Experience working with children in nursery settings.
• Passion for making learning fun.
• Strong communication with children and adults.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.

Responsibilities

• Support EYFS delivery through engaging activities with children.
• Encourage development toward key milestones.
• Assist with day-to-day tasks such as room tidying and preparation.
• Work as part of a larger team to ensure a safe, welcoming environment.
