Job summary

Kids Planet Weston-super-Mare is seeking a Supply/Bank Early Years Educator to join our team on an as needed basis. You’ll support the nursery with high-quality care and learning experiences for children, aligning with EYFS and supporting routines.

Desirable but not essential is Level 2 qualification in the UK Early Years sector; safeguarding knowledge is important. We offer training, wellbeing benefits, and a welcoming, inclusive culture at Kids Planet.

Qualifications

• Desirable but not essential to be Level 2 qualified or higher in a UK recognised early years qualification.
• Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) or willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of safeguarding children.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children in line with EYFS.
• Work flexibly with teams to deliver engaging activities and maintain routines.
• Build positive relationships with children and families to create a welcoming environment.
