Kids Planet Loughborough Road is seeking a flexible Supply/Bank Early Years Educator to join our team. This as-needed role supports high-quality care and learning experiences for children in line with EYFS, with duties across routines and activities.

The role requires an understanding of EYFS, safeguarding knowledge, and a positive, inclusive approach. DBS checks are required; training and development are offered within KP Academy, with wellbeing and staff rewards throughout the year.

Qualifications

• Desirable: Level 2 UK recognised early years qualification or higher.
• Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) or enthusiasm to learn more.
• Knowledge of safeguarding children.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children in line with the EYFS.
• Work flexibly with teams to deliver engaging activities and maintain routines in the nursery.
• Build positive relationships with children and families, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment.
