Job summary

The Lindens Nursery School in Sutton-in-Ashfield is seeking an Early Years Educator to join a warm, nurturing team. You’ll cover for children as needed, with flexible shifts including holidays, sickness, or vacancy gaps.

Roles may include full-day, morning, or afternoon sessions, supporting babies, toddlers and preschoolers within EYFS. Ideal candidates hold a Level 2+ Early Years qualification and have experience with under-5s.

Qualifications

• A full and relevant Level 2 or above qualification within early years
• Experience as an Early Years Educator (Nursery Nurse/Practitioner) or having worked with children under the age of 5 is advantageous
• Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS is desirable
• Reflecting the Storal values around responsibility, openness and working together

Responsibilities

• You’ll be helping to provide cover for the children as and when needed. This could be for periods of holiday, sickness, or vacancy gaps.
• Sometimes you’ll support for a full day, or it may just be a morning or afternoon session. You’ll pivot as circumstances call for in child care.
